Step into a living canvas where art and history collide! Join us for a full-day plein air event set against the dramatic backdrop of the Nevada Northern Railway’s historic rail yard.

👩‍🎨 Watch artists of all ages, styles, and experience levels bring steam locomotives, rail yard views, and autumn skies to life right before your eyes.

🍴 Food trucks will be on site.

Path of Light - Meet the Author Path of Light - Meet the Author AUTHOR TALKFriday, July 10th: 7pmBristlecone General Store Backyard Come meet and hear from: Morgan Sjogren, Path of Light: A Walk Through Colliding Legacies of Glen Canyon Morgan will share stories from this narrative that retraces the 1920s expeditions led by Charles L. Bernheimer into the heart of Glen Canyon and Bears Ears National Monument. Using journals and photographs from the expeditions to recreate these historic routes, she encounters powerful perspectives and stories about land management and human rights issues that carry forth into the present.  Path of Light is the 2025 Utah Book Award Winner and Library of Congress “Great Reads from Great Places” selection.  Morgan will also give us a teaser from her new book about the Colorado River watershed.
