There’s no time like the present to get excited about one of Baker’s favorite winter traditions, the 4th Annual Mardi Gras Parade! We’d love for you, your family, and your business to be part of the fun!

Saturday, February 14 - Downtown Baker


 • 9am-Noon Farmers Market at the Snake Valley Community Center

 • Marchers meet at Baker Fuel & RV at 9:45am

 • 10am Parade. Valentines and/or Fire Horse Theme

 • AFTER PARADE: Crepes & Live Music at the Bristlecone General Store. 

 • GUMBO at the Whispering Elms 

This year’s parade theme is LOVE and/or FIRE HORSE, celebrating Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year, both landing right in the heart of Mardi Gras season. Participants are encouraged to decorate floats or dress up with the theme in mind or simply bring your best Mardi Gras flair!

All are welcome to participate! Floats, costumes, dogs, horses, bicycles, quads, fire trucks, ranch vehicles, and more. If it moves, it belongs!

Invite your family and friends to come watch the festivities. Bundle up, grab some beads, cheer on the parade, and stick around afterward for more fun throughout town!
