NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS WEEK


The White Pine Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to bring a FULL WEEK of SMALL BUSINESS EVENTS to support, educate, promote, and enjoy our Members. 

 

The Best Businesses and organizations are being celebrated this week and every week as chamber memebrs! 

 

Monday May 4th through Friday May 8th - Visit the White Pine Chamber Office for COFFEE & COMMERCE from 9-11 am each day, Serving Headframe Coffee 

 

Tuesday May 5th - Cinco De Mayo, Celebrate the day by taking the Tastiest Taco Tour through Town to vote for the GOLDEN TACO AWARD!  Visit participating Restaurants: Dos Viejas, Rivas, Rolberto's, and La Fiesta for contest tacos and VOTE for the BEST TACO IN TOWN!

 

Wednesday May 6th - The Chamber of Commerce will be meeting with community leaders and key stakeholders from local, state, and federal agencies to discuss the city, county, and regional economy.

SHOPING SMALL & SHOPPING LOCAL COULD WIN YOU $1000 BUCKS-  Get out there and into a restaurant or small business in the CONSTRUCTION ZONE and enter your receipt as a raffle ticket to Win it! 

 

WEDNESDAY IS HUMP DAY- HAPPY HOUR - WITH SPECIALS

Take a break - enjoy the best watering holes in Nevada. 

 From 5-7 get into Shooters Bar & Grill for Great Wings & a beer, Visit Racks Bar and Grill, Copper Flat Pub, and The OutPost with a bonus Bingo Night, or get your electrolytes and stress releivers at La Fiesta with a deep Margarita. 

 

Thursday May 7th - Nana's NumNums in Downtown will host an ICE CREAM SOCIAL from Noon-2pm. Come Network and have dessert for lunch! 

Soft serve Ice Cream, Ice cream Nachos, and Ice Cream Sundaes!  

Buying candy could get you $100 Golden Ticket,  just like Charlie! 

 

THURSDAY EVENING - Ely Elks Lodge is Hosting BINGO at the Lodge!  Join the fun, and help raise funds Buy a Shingle - for their Restore the Roof Project! 

 

Friday May 8th - Food Truck Friday at Copper Top Auto Care from Noon - 6pm - Copper Top Auto invites everyone to their Open House with food trucks and fun. 

 

Saturday May 9th - Cosmic Bowling at Sunset Lanes will provide a night time networking evenet for Chamber Members to enjoy meeting, greeting, collaborating, in the dark!

Participants will craft short pieces that combine the language of poetry with the form of prose.
