Biggins BBQ & More is a fully operational food trailer that is proudly veteran-owned and operated.
Jonus Ware, a resident of Ely, launched Biggins in 2021 to pursue his passion for food, after serving 20 years in the U.S. Army. The menu features a diverse selection of classic American comfort food, with a special emphasis on slow-smoked BBQ.
You can expect a delightful explosion of flavors with their smoked pulled pork, smoked tri-tip, smoked pork belly burnt ends and freshly made sides.
