They are a small family owned and operated business by Nicholas Sheehan and Ely native, Tasha Leon.

Starting as a food truck operation in Las Vegas during 2019, COVID led the team to relocate back to Ely as the food and tourism industry took a turn for the worse. Tasha and Nick ran the food truck for about 6 months before being approached to go “brick and mortar” inside the old Evahs location in the Ramada. They immediately jumped at the opportunity as the idea of menu expansion and variety would benefit Ely and White Pine County.

Nick and Tasha were inspired to open as they strived to bring originality to Ely. Nick has had the pleasure of working with many celebrity chefs throughout his career. He worked closely with Guy Fieri to open his Las Vegas Bar and Grill location. He has also worked with Gordon Ramsey and Giada to open their Las Vegas locations as well. They wanted to share his culinary talent and experience with all of Ely and bring awesome, DIFFERENT food options to our unique area.

Tasha states, “We strive to give you the best burger experience possible…all of our patties are hand formed (never frozen!), all of our toppings are hand sliced (even the pickles), and our garlic mayo is homemade.”
