Nevada Autism Center
Activity description
At the Nevada Autism Center, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of children with ASD (autism spectrum disorder.)
Everyone at our center demonstrates a deep passion for helping kids with ASD grow and flourish. Our staff are all Registered Behavioral Therapists (RBTs), with rich backgrounds in ABA treatment implementation. We are committed to raising awareness about ASD and delivering the best possible care. Our facility includes a sensory room, which is a safe space and is critical to help kids to develop their fine and gross motor skills, such as their auditory, visual, and tactile skills.
We offer additional amenities at our center, including a modern gym, where children can expend energy and develop their interpersonal skills. It is well-known that the early, formative years for kids (especially those with ASD) are critical years in their development. It’s highly recommended by ASD experts and researchers in the field of ASD that children start therapy sessions and treatment as soon as possible. At our center, we know the impact that treatment can have on kids with ASD. This is why we are committed to providing the best level of care.
Our center is run by a qualified, Board-Certified Behavioral Therapist (BCBA), Chantal Rainford. Chantal is the Director at the center and brings a wealth of experience caring for kids with ASD. Chantal was awarded her Master’s degree in Behavioral Analysis and Therapy from Southeastern Illinois University. She has worked extensively with kids across the entire spectrum of autism and has worked with ASD kids with ASD from diverse backgrounds. We are privileged to have Chantal as the Director at the center.
