Activity description
Bristlecone Animal Aid Rescue & Xpress (BAARX) is a 501c3 no-kill animal rescue organization whose goal is to help animals in need while working toward building an animal shelter in White Pine County.
BAARX offers seven programs that provide for a variety of animals, mostly dogs and cats. Programs range from fostering and adoption to transporting unadopted animals to no-kill shelters outside White Pine County.
BAARX also provides lost & found, and rehoming assistance; ownerless animal emergency veterinary care and temporary pet food assistance for those in need, as well as notifying pet owners of upcoming fireworks activities.
With adoption assistance for seniors, and support for spaying and neutering, BAARX is supporting four legged friends in White Pine County reach furever homes.
